Grand Rivers Chamber of Commerce Reserves The Right to Deny or Refuse Booth Space to Anyone for any reason.

Sidewalk - Electric | $195.00 (plus processing fees) |
Sidewalk - No Electric | $165.00 (plus processing fees) |
Meadow - No Electric | $150.00 (plus processing fees) |
Concessions - Electric | $475.00 (plus processing fees) |
POLICIES:
No refunds will be issued by the Grand Rivers Chamber of Commerce, for any reason after vendor registration is completed and accepted by the Arts & Crafts Committee. If your application/registration is rejected for any reason, a full refund of the initial vendor fee will be refunded. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Vendors may purchase protection when completing registration. The protection plan is offered by a third party and the vendor must work with the provider to request refunds that are covered by the protection plan. This is not offered by Grand Rivers Chamber and Grand Rivers Chamber can not process claims for those that purchase this protection. Please review the full terms and conditions before purchasing the protection plan.
NOTE – NEW VENDOR APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PHOTOS OF ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED a detailed description and photograph of the types of items to be sold must be submitted to THE GRAND RIVERS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE with the application for booth space. New vendors can submit photos by by emailing photos [email protected]
General registration for first-time vendors (first-come, first-serve) will begin on April 7, 2023
Only handcrafted items may be sold at the festival. Grand Rivers Labor Day Arts & Crafts Committee reserves the right to refuse Booth Space to any and all vendors for any reason.
FOOD VENDOR NOTE: All food vendors participating in the Grand Rivers Labor Day Weekend Arts and Crafts Festival must have at least $1,000,000 of liability insurance for the event and must furnish the Grand Rivers Chamber of Commerce with a certificate of insurance at the time of applying for space at the event.
Food / Concession Vendors are required to collect the City of Grand Rivers 2% food & beverage tax and remit to City Hall. Collected taxes must be remitted to City Hall before concession vendors are permitted to attend future Grand Rivers Festivals.
IMPORTANT: We will allow only two vendors to sell the same food item, and this will be determined on a first-come-first-serve basis. Should duplication challenges arise, we will contact you to work out a solution. If you add items to your menu after submitting your application, you must contact The Grand Rivers Chamber for approval of additional items. Any item not approved in advance may not be sold at the festival.
