EVENT & VENDOR DETAILS

 NOTE: Grand Rivers Chamber of Commerce, the City of Grand Rivers, Grand Rivers Tourism Commission, and any associated with vendor festivals within the City Limits of Grand Rivers, Kentucky, reserves the right to refuse service, vendor space, or entry to any person(s), or business for any reason.

Vendor Instructions - Please read before submitting your Application!

All vendor spaces will be located in the Little Lake Park area, which is a continuation of Payne Street. Please review all instructions before returning your application. If we receive an application with payment for vendor spaces you wish to reserve, we will assume you have read the following instructions and agree to comply with them.

All vendor fees are final and refunds will not be issued for any reason. This event is not canceled, postponed, or changed due to weather. 

NOTE: Grand Rivers Chamber Does Not Restrict Vendors From Selling Items From The Same Company (ie. Scentsy, Paparazzi, Street Nails, etc). If Your Company Restricts Sales Of Multiple Reps At One Event, It Is The Responsibility Of The Representative To Verify If The Item Is Already Being Sold. Grand Rivers Chamber does not issue refunds to multiple vendors selling the same products. Grand Rivers Chamber Of Commerce can not and does not guarantee "exclusive" selling rights to any person or brand. If two or more vendors are at the event, and your company prohibits multiple sellers at one event, it will be the responsibility of representatives to agree upon a solution. Grand Rivers Chamber nor any associations of the Grand Rivers Chamber will not mediate or provide refunds. 

VENDOR FEES & PROCESSING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

1. Festival hours start @ 9:00 am on Saturday. Oct. 12, 2023. All vendors must be set up and ready for business by 9:00 am. Saturday.

2.We are charging a fee for vendor spaces on Saturday only.

3.Vendors may set up on Friday, Oct. 11, beginning at noon.

4.Vendor’s cars and trucks not used as part of the vendor's operation MUST be parked outside the vendor’s area. Parking instructions will be provided at the time of set-up.

5. Electrical service is available on a limited basis. Electricity is not guaranteed at any location or space.

6. Vendors MUST supply all equipment and supplies including electrical cords.

7. Vendors must keep their spaces clean and safe. The Village of Grand Rivers will provide trash cans in certain areas.

8. The use of alcohol, offensive language, or any other behavior not considered “family-friendly”, will result in immediate ejection from the event and refunds will NOT be given.

VENDORS MAY NOT DRIVE ON THE SIDEWALK AFTER THE FESTIVAL WHILE ATTENDEES ARE PRESENT. DOING SO IS A DANGER TO ATTENDEES AND OTHER VENDORS AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BARRING FOR ALL FUTURE FESTIVALS IN GRAND RIVERS, KY. VENDORS MUST SPEAK RESPECTFULLY AND SHOW RESPECT TO OTHER VENDORS, EVENT STAFF, AND ATTENDEES DURING SET-UP, DURING THE EVENT, OR DURING THE BREAKDOWN. ANY VENDOR FAILING TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL MANNER WILL BE REMOVED AND BANNED FROM THE PROPERTY.

CRAFTS, AND RETAIL VENDORS:

9. Crafts and Retail vendors will be grouped on Vendors Alley or Craft and Fair Ground.

10. Spaces are approximately 10 X 10. If you need more than 10’ across the front of your booth, please rent extra space, as there will be no walking space between booths.

11. Food sales are STRICTLY prohibited in this area!

12. Food vendors will be grouped together as many as spaces will allow.

13. Food vendors must obtain a permit from the health department if they prepare food in the vendor space. You are responsible for obtaining your own permit.

14. All commercial food vendors will be assessed a 2% Grand Rivers Food and Beverage Tax. A tax form will be emailed before the event.

15. We do not supply electrical cords; only the electricity, which is limited.

16. DO NOT dump oil, grease, food, paper, etc on the ground in your area. Please clean your area before leaving.

FOOD VENDORS - IMPORTANT NOTE - FOOD VENDING SPACE IS 10' X 20' TOTAL. IF YOUR TRAILER OR SERVICE FOOTPRINT IS LARGER THAN THE ALLOWED SIZE. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE SPACE WILL BE AVAILABLE, OR YOUR LOCATION WILL NOT BE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT AREA THAN CHOSEN.   

CHILDREN’S ACTIVATED AND VENDORS:

17. Vendors providing activities for the youth will be grouped together in Little Lake Park.

18. We will have ample space for all youth activities.

Vendors will choose the preferred specific space where they want to be located. Grand Rivers Chamber will do everything possible to make sure that the location chosen is the one the vendor will be located, however, if an instance occurs that Grand Rivers Chamber can not meet the requested location the vendor will be relocated. Vendor fees allow attendance to sell at the festival, not a specific space. 

NO IN-OFFICE OR MAIL-IN APPLICATIONS OR FEES WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

1.  Click on one of the dots close to the area you would like to request vendor space to open the reserving map.
2. Hoover over the space you would like to see the seat number (booth number) and cost.
3. Click to fill in the dot to choose that space(s).
4. Click the Continue to Check Out button in the top right corner.
5. Complete the information and payment on the next page.
6. NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON ONCE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED.
